Okay, I admit, the title is a little click-baity, but writing “Bing Ad’s campaign planner to be shut down and replacing it will be newly developed Keyword Planner” was just too long. Besides, you opened the article, didn’t you!?!

There is not much to this story except to say that the end of July will see Campaign Planner shut down in favour of the newer Keyword Planner tool. Campaign Planner has been with us since 2014, while Keyword Planner was launched in 2015 and offers pretty much the same set of tools.

Bing Ads have also announced they will be rolling out new features and tools within Keyword Planner, so if you are one of the two or three people that use Bing for paid search, then this should be good news.
